Ingredients

1 can Libby's Pumpkin, 15 oz can
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup oil
1 cup egg substitute (i.e., Egg Beaters)
2 cups Splenda (or mix of sugar)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together eggs, oil, pumpkin, and sugar (2 Cups).
Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly mixed. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until center springs back when touched.
Frost the pumpkin brownies with cream cheese icing.
Cut into 12 squares. Dessert with no icing is 107 calories of rich moist cake.
