This was given to me by my Weight Watchers leader - next time I make it, I might substitute the butterscotch pudding for cheesecake flavor. Ingredients

    1 oz. box Fat Free, Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding
    1 oz. Box Fat Free, Sugar Free Butterscotch Instant Pudding
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    3 cups cold skim milk
    15 oz can Pumpkin puree
    Packaged Graham Cracker Crust (optional)

Directions

Mix dry pudding mixes and spices together. Add cold milk and stir until incorporated. Add the pumpkin and mix together thoroughly. Pour into pie crust and chill until firm.
