    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 3.5 cup (remove)
    Milk, canned, evaporated, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pecans, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Margarine, soft, .75 cup (remove)

    1 Box of Yellow Cake mix


Preheat oven to 350. Mix first six ingredients until well blended, and pour batter into a 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top, and then cover with pecans. Pour melted margarine over the top. Bake 50 minutes.
