1 tsp salt
1/2 c canola oil marjarine or canola oil
1 c unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp powder cocoa
2 c oats
6 tbsp flax seed
2 cup whole wheat flour
10 tsp splenda (more if you like sweet)
1.5 cup enriched rice milk
Directions
Mix everything, bake 325 degrees for about 15 min.
