    1 lb Cooked, Tailess Shrimp
    8 oz Imitation Crabmeat
    8 oz Roasted Red Pepper Chopped -Jarred in Water
    1 Green Pepper Chopped
    1 Small Onion Chopped
    2 Small Cans of Sliced Mushrooms
    1 Small Red Tomato Chopped
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    2 Tablespoons Butter
    1 Cup Water
    Garlic/Salt to taste


Put Olive oil in pan, Saute Green Peppers, Onions until tender, add mushrooms and small tomato. Cook until Mushrooms have heated. Add Shrimp, Crabmeat, Roasted Red Peppers, butter and Garlic and salt (to taste), Add water cook til heated through. Serve over Pasta or rice.
