Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    2 pounds of brown sugar
    2 bottles of karo
8 bags of pop secret popcorn
    1/2 stick of butter

Directions

Pop all the popcorn, sift through to make sure there are no kernals. Bring to boil the brown sugar and karo, boil until a soft ball forms when you drop it in cold water. Scoop some of the popcorn in a large bowl, add two ladlefuls of the caramel, put baggies on your hands and butter them with butter, take a clump of popcorn and caramel and form into ball. Cool on aluminum foil or wax paper. Makes about 48 popcorn balls. I put each one in a baggie after they are cooled and then tie it with a red ribbon and curl it.
