    * *Onion, Cooked, Boiled Medium Size, 94 gram(s) (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    * *Spectrum Expeller Pressed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Unrefined for Medium Heat, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Carrots, cooked, 2 carrot (remove)
    * *Trader Joes garbanzo beans, 3.5 serving (remove)
    * Celery, cooked, 1 stalks (remove)
    * *Sun Maid Golden Raisins 1/4 Cup, 1 serving (remove)
    * *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 3 tsp (remove)
    * *Ground Ginger 1tsp/5g, 1 serving (remove)
    * *Spike All Purpose All Natural Seasoning, 0.125 tsp (remove)

Directions

Saute parsnips, onions, garlic in coconut oil.
After 5-8 minutes, add rest of the ingredients.
Add spices.
When about 75% cooked, take 1-2 cups of the mix and BLEND to puree. Mix back into the pot. Stir. Cook on low for 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes covered. Serves 4, 1 cup servings.
