An extremely healthy Orange chicken without the sweet sauce.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 oz, chopped
    Orange, 2 oz fruit
    Water, tap, .25 cup
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp
    Chili powder, .25 tsp
    Orange Peel, .5 tsp

    White Rice, long grain, 1 serving= 1/4c Dry (for this recipe)
    Water, tap, .5 cup
    Orange Peel, .5 tsp

Directions

Chop up chicken and oranges and put in bowl with .25c water, garlic, chili powder, and 1/2 tsp of orange peel. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Cook rice with 1/2 cup water (Basic rice recipe) and 1/2 tsp of orange peel.
While rice is cooking, cook chicken mix in a skillet until chicken is done.

Serve rice with chicken on top.
