Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * Ground beef, 8 oz
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, 2 cloves
    * *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 6 tsp
    * *Bullion, Chicken Flavored, 2 serving
    * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels

Directions

Brown meat in a large pot over medium high heat. Drain, remove and set aside. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until onion is translucent. Add meat back to pot and sprinkle mixture with taco seasoning to blend. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes approximately 6 1-cup servings.

    I love this recipe as well!!! I usually double the recipe and use lean ground turkey and add in squash and spinach. - 8/22/11
