Ingredients

2.5 pounds ground beef
20 oz spaghetti sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
16 oz small curd fat free cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tbs basil
1 tbs oregano
18 pieces of Oven Ready Lasagna, uncooked
16 oz shredded Italian or Mozzerella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and spices, and simmer while preparing the rest.
In small bowl, stir together egg, ricotta and cottage cheese
Using a 13x9x2 baking dish, spread small amount of meat sauce on bottom.
Place uncooked lasagna noodles on top (these uncooked noodles will expand while baking)
Spread cheese mixture over noodles
Spread meat sauce over cheese mixture
Sprinkle with shredded cheese
Repeat steps until your lasagna is built
Cover with foil and make for 30 minutes
Remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes or until hot and bubbly
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
