Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup spelt or whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    1/8th cup ice water.


Directions

In a mixing bowl combine 1 cup spelt or whole wheat flour with 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil and 1/8th cup ice water.

Mix together until it forms a ball then place the ball of dough on a floured surface and roll until it is about 1/4 inch thick.

Place the pie crust in the pie pan. Add filling and bake at 350 degrees until done.

Makes one bottom crust. Double the recipe if a top and bottom crust is desired.
