Ingredients

    2 cans black beans
    1 large can corn
    2 bell peppers chopped
    1 bunch green onions chopped
    1 large can Rotel
    1 - 16oz bottle of Zesty Italian low fat dressing
    jalapeno's chopped (as much as you like)
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    juice of 1 lime
    fresh or dried cilantro chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate. Marinate for about 2 hours before serving. Dip with low-fat tortilla chips. Makes about 32 or more servings.
