I used whole wheat flour, low fat milk, one less egg yolk and substituted splenda for sugar. Served them with warm applesauce. My family gave them thumbs up! - 12/27/09

Most of my family liked these, but my brother and my mom thought they were too salty and didn't care for them too much. I will cut down on the salt next time. - 12/21/10

Just made these. My husband and I loved them! Filling and tasty! I got 15 out of the recipe but kept the serving to 3 pancakes. Filled me up. And for you WW-ers-- 1 serving is 5 pts. Not bad! :) - 2/21/10

Added some cinnamon and vanilla, and used less salt. Ate with blueberries. Very good! - 3/16/11

    Incredible!
Such an easy recipe! This is my children's favorite pancake. The only problem I have with this recipe is telling the kids they have to choose something else for breakfast; variety is important. This makes for a fun supper, too. Thank you! - 7/10/10
