Introduction

Low in calories ... great in taste! Low in calories ... great in taste!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    90 grams - Thai Noodles
    12 oz - (4) Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 tbsp - Olive Oil
    1 cup - Onions Chopped
    1 - Sweet Red Pepper Chopped
    1 cup - Sugar Snap Peas
    1 tsp - Garlic
    3 tbsp - Light Cream Cheese
    2 tbsp - 10% Light Cream
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Add boiling water to noodles and let sit until soft
Cut Chicken into strips and fry in olive oil
Add onions, peppers, peas, carrots and garlic and saute
In separate bowl mix cream cheese and cream together
Add to frying pan mixture
Stir to coat ingredients, add water and/or cream to get desired cream texture.
Add noodles when soft and mix.
Add salt and pepper for taste
