Ingredients

    15 oz. can pumpkin
    1/2 cup eggbeaters
    1 1/2 cup skim milk
    3/4 cup Splenda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Beat together all ingredients until smooth. Prepare pie pan w/ Pam, pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, until knife comes out clean.

    This pie is amazing! I use almond milk(30 cal per cup) which lessens the points to 4 for the entire pie. Otherwise you will need to recalculate the points value. Awesome recipe! - 3/4/13

    my only tip is to taste the product before adding the egg mix; I used Stevia and it was too sweet. Other than that it was an excellent dish. I found out after making this a few times, to lower the stevia for baking amount; make it for 2 and use less than 1/8 cup of stevia. Perfect every time.

    This was so easy and good! I took it to a ladies meeting at church and they loved it. I did use soy milk and regular sugar though since I don't use artificial sweeteners. Great recipe, thanks for sharing. - 11/12/10
