Ingredients

    1 Cup Flour
    1 Tablespoon Sugar
    4 Eggs
    2 CUp Milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon Lemon Extract (Optional)

Directions

1. Mix egg yolks and sugar together
2. Add flour and milk alternately
3. Beat egg whites
4. Add egg whites, salt, and lemon extract to mixture
5. Cook in frying pan with oil
