Ingredients

    1 egg white
    1/4-1/2 cup oat flour
    garlic powder to taste
    mushrooms, sliced and chopped
    green peppers, sliced and chopped
    onions, sliced and chopped
    no salt tomato paste
    Mrs. Dash
    cooked chicken

Directions

1. Combine beaten egg white with flour and garlic powder. Mix by hand, adding water iff necessary. Heat a non-stick skillet until very hot. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Pour flour mixture into pan. Cook until brown, then flip and cook other side until brown. Cool on wire rack.
2. Saute' mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions.
3. Mix tomato paste with Mrs. Dash and spread on crust.
4. Top with vegetables and chicken.
5. Put on wire rack and bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
