Introduction

Was looking for a way to use some apples & make a quick breakfast for my son & his friend. Remembered having something like this at a Bed and Breakfast years ago. Best eaten straight out of the oven! Was looking for a way to use some apples & make a quick breakfast for my son & his friend. Remembered having something like this at a Bed and Breakfast years ago. Best eaten straight out of the oven!

Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1 c 2% Milk
    1 c White Whole Wheat Flour
    1.5 c Apples
    2 Tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 F.
Put apples slices & butter into oven proof skillet in oven while heating up, stir occaisionally.
Combine eggs, Milk and flour in a blender or food processor until slighty whipped.
Pour egg mixture over eggs.
Cook at 450 for 15 min, then reduce heat to 375 and cook for another 10 minutes or until brown.
