Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 bunch kale - washed and dried
    1 tbs olive oil
    .5 tsp sea salt

Directions

Tear kale into bite-sized pieces. toss w/olive oil and salt. Spread evenly on baking sheet without overlapping pieces. Bake for 15 mins in 350 degree oven.

Makes 4 - 1 cup servings.

    Very Good
    I usually add a bit of garlic salt and cayenne to mine for a little extra zest.

    I bake mine at 325 for about 20 to 25 minutes (depends on how thick the kale leaves are) and have not had trouble with bitterness.
