    Carrot x 3
    Celery x 2 sticks
    Garlic x 2 cloves
    Green pepper sliced
    red pepper sliced
    Can of mixed beans in water
    1 pint of water
    Herbs and spices as preferred

Directions

Put all ingredients into large bottom pan, Bring to the boil and then leave to simmer for 45mins.Turn off heat and leave to cool. Put through a liquidiser and put into individual containers. Can be frozen. The beauty of this soup is you can flavour to your own taste.
