Ingredients

    2 quarts home canned tomatoes
    1 lb ground chuck
    2 cups sliced carrots
    1.1/2 cup frozen whole kernal corn
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup brown rice
    1.1/2 Tablespoon dry Italian seasoning
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 packets sweet n' low sweetner
    1 can English peas

Directions

In a skillet, brown ground chuck and onions, then drain out fat. Into the stock pot, add ground chuck mixture, blenderized tomatoes, corn, carrots, rice, and seasonings. Simmer until carrots are tender then add canned English peas. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve with homemade cornbread. Delicious!!
