Ingredients

Fillet of Halibut (about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs.
1 cup of sour cream (low fat)
1 1/2 Fup Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill sprig
    1/2 tsp olive powder
1/3 Cup finely chopped green onion

Directions

Mix all other ingredients thoroughly and spread the mixture over top of the fish. Cook in a 400 degree oven about 25 minutes. Cooking time varies with the thickness of the fish, not the weight. Test with a fork, if there's just a tiny amount of translucence in the middle of the fillet, it'll finish itself while you brown the top under the broiler just until lightly golden.
