Ingredients

1/2 Cup Ketchup
2Tbsp splenda brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp apple-cider vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp ground ginger
6 boneless skinless chicken Thighs
1 Small onion chopped
3-5 cloves of garlic (put through press)
Directions
Mix all ingredients (except chicken) together in a bowl. Put sauce in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Place chicken in the crockpot and pour sauce over the top. Cook on high for four hours. After the chicken is cooked you should be able to pull it apart with two forks. Spoon into rolls.
