Ingredients

    1 Nori Sheet
    1/2 cup of sushi rice cooked
    1/2 oz. of Starkist Sweet and Spicy Tuna
    1/16 of and avocado, this is two very thin small slices of avocado
    1/2 oz. cream cheese, long thin slices

Directions

Cook sushi rice and set aside. slice cream cheese and avocado into long thin slices. Place a Nori sheet on a flat surface, cover one side with half of the sushi rice and turn it over. Place the remaining rice down the length of the nori sheet and place the filling ingredients (tuna pieces, cream cheese and avocado) together on the rice. Begin to roll the Nori Sheet tightly around the filling and press the sides and ends together to make them stick. Slice the roll into 8 pieces and enjoy.
