Introduction

I remade a recipe to cater to our preference for Spanish food flavors. This is wonderful with crackers, on a warmed corn tortilla with cheese and vegetables, added to a salad. Ingredients

    1 cup raw sunflower seeds
    1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
    1 onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
    1 - 2 Tbs. Bragg's LIquid Aminos


Directions

Soak the seeds in water to cover 6-8 hrs. (or overnight).
Drain well and put into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Pulse several times, stir the sides down,(may have to be done several times ) then process until smooth.
Best if made ahead of time to allow the flavors to blend.
I put a serving size as 2 Tbsp. but this is so good you'll want more!
