Ingredients

6oz Haddock Fillet (cut in 2X2 inch pieces)
    10 Small Scallops
10 Small Shrimp (raw, remove shell, cut in half)
    6 Littleneck Clams
0.5 Cups Bread Crumbs – (Italian Style)
    0.5 Cups Celery (chopped)
    0.5 Cups Onions (chopped)
    0.5 Cups Mushrooms (sliced thin)
    1.5 tbsp Lemon juice
    1.5 tsp Olive Oil
    1.5 tsp Garlic (minced)
    Salt
    Cayanne Pepper

Directions

Preheat over to 400

Mix haddock pieces, halved shrimp, scallops, chopped onion, celery, mushrooms, minced garlic and lemon juice in a large bowl.

Mix breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper in a separate bowl (season to your taste).

Using a small casserole dish (I use a 9X9 dish) place the seafood mixture into the dish also adding 6 littleneck clams. Lightly sprinkle the breadcrumb/olive oil mixture over the dish.

I usually wait until all the clams open (about 30 to 35 minutes)

Makes 2 - 3 servings
