2.00 tb Vinegar
1.00 ts Dijon mustard
1.00 ts Soy sauce
1.00 ts Dried parsley
0.50 ts Garlic powder
0.50 ts Salt
Directions
Combine ingredients in container of blender or food
processor. Process about 1 min until smooth or beat
ingredients together. Place in a screw-top jar. Store,
covered in the refrigerator up to 4 weeks.
Makes 1 1/2 cups, 24 servings of 1 tbsp, 1 g protein,
