Ingredients

1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 teaspoon ground flax seed
1/4 cup Wheat germ
1/2 Cup Unsweetend Applesauce
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 Cup Blue Agave Nector
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1/3 Cup Cherry flavored Sweetened Dried Cranberries
Directions
Makes 18 muffins
Mix First 7 ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix Applesauce, beaten egg, Blue Agave Nector and melted butter, add to flour mixture and stir to blend.
Add Craisins to mixture.
Spoon into paper muffins cups sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
