Ingredients

    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
    3 Tbs soy creamer
    1 cup frozen wild blueberries
    1/4 cup frozen pineapple tidbits (or any other
    fruit you like)
    1 scoop Protein powder
    1 Tbl flax oil (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
Enjoy!
