Ingredients

    1 Can Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas)
    1/4 cup tahini
    1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    Juice of 1 lemon
    2 cloves of garlic (smashed)
    1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

    A roasted red pepper is optional, gives the hummus a delcious twist!

Directions

Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.

Combine all ingredients and mix in a food processor until blended.
