Introduction

My husband's grandmother's meatloaf recipe with turkey instead of ground beef. My husband's grandmother's meatloaf recipe with turkey instead of ground beef.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs ground turkey
    3/4 cup oatmeal
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    1/4 cup ketchup
    3/4 cup water
    pinch of pepper
    1/2 packet onion soup mix
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Servings size is 1/6 of a standard loaf pan

Directions
1. Mix egg, ketchup, water, soup mix, parsley, salt, pepper, and onion
2. Add oatmeal
3. Add ground turkey, mix lightly (she uses her hands, do as you will)
4. Place in greased pan
5. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees
