Ingredients

10 cups water
2 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup quinoa
1/2 cup lentils
1/2 cup barley
1 small onion
2 small carrots
1/2 cup celery
2 cloves garlic
14.5 oz Italian stewed tomatos
1 1/2 cup cook chicken, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Italian seasoning 1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp chicken broth seasoning
Chop all vegetables or process in food processor. Add all ingredients and bring to a boil, and then simmer for 60 minutes. Makes 12 servings 1 1/2 cups.
