Ingredients

    1 T Olive Oil
    1 Onion, small, chopped fine (or 1/2 medium)
    15 oz Diced Tomatoes (don't drain)
    4 Cups Vegetable Broth or Chicken Broth
    1 small can tomato paste
    15 oz Potatoes, canned, sliced, drained
    15 oz Carrots, canned, sliced, drained
    15 oz Garbanzo beans, drained
    15 oz Corn, canned, drained
    15 oz Peas, Early Small, drained
    15 oz Green Beans, canned, drained
    2 T Balsamic Vinegar
    1 1/2 t Worcestershire Sauce
    1/8 t Trocomare
    1/2 t Kosher Salt
    1/4 t Steak Seasoning
    2 t Garlic, minced
    dash of Tabasco
    dash of Crushed Red Pepper

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil in a nice sized pot. Add diced tomatoes, let them break down for about 2 minutes. In a food processor, pulse on low the can of Garbanzo beans... only mince them... don't make hummus : ) Add to the soup. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover. Let simmer for 30 minutes.

This is a super quick version of vegetable soup. If you have the time... make it healthier with equal portions of fresh vegetables and let it cook for a couple of hours.
