Is the cholesterol count correct for this? I think an egg has a lot more cholesterol than 67g. - 7/25/10

I have been using eggwhites for a long time and mixed just about everything with them. - 1/10/10

I'd be interested in any other recipes you have using egg whites. We need the protein for working out, but am trying to reduce the fat intake. Thanks!

    Good
I thought egg beaters were just eggs, I didn't realize they also had egg whites. I'll have to try it and see if I like it that much. - 1/10/10

The grocery store had a couple different brands of egg-white cartons. They're right beside the Egg Beaters on the shelf. My husband is a real picky eater, and he liked them. :)
