    Tuna, Canned in Light Oil, 1 can (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 25 grams (remove)
    *Garlic, raw (1 clove), 1.5 gram(s) (remove)
    *Tomato Passata, 60 gram(s) (remove)
    *bouillon powder (vegetable stock for soups), 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Pasta, cooked, 50 grams (remove)
    1/4 Vegetable stock cube


For Sauce
Pre-heat a non stick pan and dry fry the onion until soft.
Add the mushrooms and garlic and cook until soft then stir in remaining ingredients (except the pasta)
Meanwhile cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water along with 1/4 vegetable stock cube.
Drain and add sauce over the pasta
(sprinkle with fresh basil and parmesan if desired)
