Ingredients

    Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce 3 cups
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 10 oz (remove)
    Italian Salad dressing, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 1 oz (remove)
    Carrot chips(raw carrots cut in medallions with crinkles, not actual chips), 3 oz (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Combined ingredients and serve!
Tuna is 2 regular cans. 5 oz each.

    Incredible!
    Awesome! Never thought to put tuna & cashews together in a lettuce salad! Very complimentary flavors! Added hard boiled eggs, light cheddar, ripe olives, 2 oz. cashews, and only 1 can of tuna. Create your favorite chef salad w/ tuna & cashews. (Copy & paste used in the calculator leaves a "remove") - 8/4/10

    Very Good
    I also had the question about the phrase 'remove.' I made this for lunch but substituted leftover chicken for the tuna. Then my guys 'ate out' rather than come home, so now my tasting will have to wait until dinner. It looks really good, however; am hoping it does not get soggy due to waiting. - 7/30/10
