Introduction
Just really easy...Odd ingredients, but spicy=metabolism and lots of protein is great. Way too much sodium, though. I have really low blood pressure, so that's not a concern with me. Anyway, cheers! Ingredients
-
1/2 cup fresh Spinach
1 package Tuna (1/2 cup)
1 TSP relish (not necessary)
1 TBSP low fat sour cream (try Mayo if you want, I just love sour cream)
TABASCO! (as much as you like or none at all..=] )
1 wheat tortilla
Directions
Stir the mixin's together and flop it on the tortilla.
It usually helps to keep the mixture in a bit of a line, a few inches from one of the edges of the tortilla. Wrap that edge around the mixture somewhat tightly, fold the bottom up, and finish rolling it. Be careful of ripping, especially with the wheat ones. They tend to be more dry than other tortillas.
Makes one or two wraps.
