Great starter to a meal on a cold winter day or night!





Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 32oz can of 98% fat free low soudium chicken broth
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup raw sliced carrots
    1 cup zucchini chopped
    2 cups red kidney beans
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 small head of green cabbage (chopped)
    1 small can of mushrooms
    1 packet of sodium free chicken bullion (herb ox)
    2 cups fresh spinach (cleaned & chopped)

Directions

In a large soup pot add olive oil, carrots, celery and cabbage and cook until softened. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil and let boil for about 20 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for another 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!! 10 1 cup servings.
