Ingredients

    Green Onions, 2 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    Red Onion, raw, 1 large
    *Okra, frozen, cooked, 3 cup slices
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices
    Kung Pao Sauce - Annie Chun's, 16 tbsp Full Bottle
    Broccoli, frozen, 1.2 package (10 oz)

Directions

Start cooking Chicken in skillit - cut in small pieces
Cut up all the veg's and add to skillit
Add Kung Pao sauce
Cook medium meat 1 hour

Makes eight 1 cup servings.
