Ingredients

    1 cup Beaten Eggs
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    2 Ripe Bananas (smashed)
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 cup Oatmeal
    2 cup Bisquick
    1 cup Ricotta Cheese
    1 cup Craisins
    5 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

Directions

Blend olive oil, eggs, vanilla, salt, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, bananas until smooth. Add other ingredients and bake 350 Degrees for 35 minutes in 24 large muffin pan.
