1 fennel bulb chopped
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp basil
1 tbsp tarragon
salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Put lettuce on a serving platter and top with fennel and beet mixture.
