Introduction
This pizza is so good! It is a little over 600 calories, but a pizza of the same size is normally about 1200 calories--and everything on this pizza is good for you!You can add the Pineapples either before you bake or when you are ready to serve. I like the pineapples to be cold, so I wait until I'm ready to eat the pizza then add them. I use the heavy syrup ones because I don't use a lot and I want them to really be a sweet "shot" in with the salty.
This pizza isn't dripping in fat, but the taste is great and it is very satisfying. I love it!

Ingredients
-
1 whole pita bread of choice
1/2 Jar Ragu Pizza sauce
1/2 cup extra lean hamburger
2 cups portabella mushrooms, cut in quarters
1 tsp Dale's
1/2 large yellow/sweet onion
1 cup Pineapple chunks in heavy syrup
1/4 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
1/4 cup low fat Mozzarella cheese
6 tsp Kraft's Parmesan cheese (the kind in a shaker jar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the chopped onions, ground beef, Dale's steak marinade (or another type if you all don't have Dale's)and mushrooms. Salt and pepper or other seasonings if you want. Then spread 1/2 jar of the Ragu Pizza sauce (If you like yours really saucy, use it all--there aren't many calories in it.) on the Pita bread round. Add the meat/mushroom mixture over the sauce, add the remaining ingredients to the top. Put in oven for 10-13 minutes. I usually watch and when the bottom gets brown, I place the pizza under the broiler for extra browning--but you have to watch it carefully!
