Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    200 gr Smoked Salmon ( you can use a can of salmon, just add a little more salt)
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp demi cream (creme fresh)
    500 gr spinach
    6 sheets of puff pastry
    dill, pepper, dragon

Directions

Huge meal for 2. I think 3 people can eat a normal meal from it.

Heat the oven to 200C (or the temp you pastry package says)
Take the sheets of puff pastry out of the freezer.
shortly wok the spinach. Let it cool.
Squeeze as much water out of it as possible
Beat the 2 eggs with the cream. Add spices.
Cut the salmon in small chunks.
Put the pastry sheets in a baking dish. Add spinach, salmon and eggs.
Put in oven, wait 35 minutes till pastry is golden brown and eggs have become fluffy.
