Great for lunch at work or anytime. Easy, versatile, mix it up, different proteins, different veggies and different salad dressings or toppings as desired..just stay low carb. Ingredients

2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
1/4 cup. broccoli (low carb veg. as desired -- ie. cauliflower, green peppers, red cabbage, green onion etc.)
2 tbsp. Kraft peppercorn Ranch dressing (or any dressing)
4 ou. tuna (or other protein, chicken, beef)
1 ou. grated cheddar cheese as a topper (if desired)
Directions
1. place protein at bottom of sealable plastic container
2. place chopped lettuce on top
3. add 1/4 c. brocolli (or other low carb veg or veg combo)
4. 2 tbsp. Kraft peppercorn Ranch dressing
put lid on, shake it up and eat it..great for lunch at work, top with grated cheddar cheese if desired
