Introduction

Great for lunch at work or anytime. Easy, versatile, mix it up, different proteins, different veggies and different salad dressings or toppings as desired..just stay low carb. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
    1/4 cup. broccoli (low carb veg. as desired -- ie. cauliflower, green peppers, red cabbage, green onion etc.)
    2 tbsp. Kraft peppercorn Ranch dressing (or any dressing)
    4 ou. tuna (or other protein, chicken, beef)

    1 ou. grated cheddar cheese as a topper (if desired)

Directions

1. place protein at bottom of sealable plastic container
2. place chopped lettuce on top
3. add 1/4 c. brocolli (or other low carb veg or veg combo)
4. 2 tbsp. Kraft peppercorn Ranch dressing

put lid on, shake it up and eat it..great for lunch at work, top with grated cheddar cheese if desired
