    400g chickpeas (14 oz can)
    4 T. water
    2 T. tahini (sesame paste)
    2 T. olive oil
    1 medium sized garlic clove
    juice of half of lemon
    salt to taste


rinse beans and drain. Add all ingredients in a small food processor, and pulse until smooth. Makes four servings.
