Ingredients

    1 pound 12 ounces 93% Lean Ground Beef
    .25 Cup Chopped Onion
    1 14.5 ounce Can each of the following Del Monte or your favorite brand:
    Mixed Vegetables
    Sliced Carrots
    Whole Kernel Corn
    Cut Green Beans
    Whole New Potatoes Cut into pieces
    8 ounces Frozen Peas & Carrots
    Salt & Pepper to taste (any other seasoning you like)
    2 Packages Knorr Classic Brown Gravy Mix


Directions

In Dutch Oven Pan Sprayed with Canola Oil Spray Saute onions in broth or Juice from canned veggies.

Brown Ground Beef with Onions.

Add Frozen Peas & Carrots Juice From one of the Cans of veggies bring to a boil

Reserve 3 cups juice from Veggies

Then add rest of Veggies and any juice remaining to pan with Hamburger mixture. Bring to a boil.

Mix reserved juice & Brown gravy mix Stir into Hamburger mixture
