Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 15 oz can Black Beans
    1 15 oz can Yellow Corn
    1 can Rotel Tomato with Chiles
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Tsp Salt
    1 Tsp Black Pepper
    1 Tsp Dried Cilantro
    1 Tsp Cumin
    2 or 3 dash Tobasco to taste
    1/2 c chopped red onion

Directions

Rinse and drain all canned items.
Mix thoroughly in bowl and chill for 30 minutes to hour before serving. Gets better with age.

Serving size is 1/2 cup.
