This is a smoothie with a Kick!! High fiber and low calorie!! This is a smoothie with a Kick!! High fiber and low calorie!!

Ingredients

    1 large navel orange
    1 medium banana
    1 breyers light lemon chiffon yogurt
    1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
    2cups of ice
    1/2 cup of water

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency .
Makes 1 very large serving or two smaller
