Homemade Pizza Homemade Pizza

    2 cup water ( 1 cup for dough/ 1 cup for sauce)
    1 pkg yeast
    1 tbsp sugar (for dough)
    1 tsp sugar (for sauce)
    1/2 salt
    1 tbsp oil
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp basil
    12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese


Dough: Heat 1c water to lukewarm. Add yeast, sugar, salt, oil. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time til stiff dough is formed. Knead 5 min. Set in lightly oiled bowl cover with dish cloth. Let rise 10-15 min. while you make sauce. Sauce: Put sauce, 1 c water, sugar, garlic salt, spices in sauce pan. Simmer 10 min. Divide dough in half. Roll out each half to 16 in circle. Bake for 10 min. at 400. Spread with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15-20 min
