Ingredients

* 1 TBSP Olive Oil
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
* 1 15oz can black beans, NOT drained
* 1 15oz can dark red kidney beans, NOT drained
* 1 15oz can pinto beans, NOT drained
* 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes with jalapenos
* 1 14.5oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
* 2 TBSP tomato paste
* 3.5 TBSP chili powder
* 2 TBSP ground cumin
* 1/2 TBSP dried basil
* 1 TBSP dried oregano
* 1 TSP kosher salt
* 1 TBSP red wine vinegar
Directions
Add 1 tbsp oil to large dutch oven (or other heavy pot) over medium heat; cook onion and garlic until onions are translucent. Add turkey and cook, stirring, until the meat has browned. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, oregano, cumin, basil and vinegar. Stir to combine. Reduce heat to low/medium low; cover and let simmer for 60 minutes or more until flavors are well blended.
